For example, through the forum and out-of-chapter experiences, he was able to meet with many other EO members from all over the world to gain perspective, brainstorm, and more.  

Lastly, the most important thing that EO has taught Glen in the last 6 years is that because he ran work “on” his business rather than “in” his business, he has more flexibility to step away. That business plan was intentional on his behalf.
