Ralph Yarbrough, co-founder of Crestline Bagel Co., left his corporate position after 20 years to pursue his and his wife’s dream of opening an American craft bakery. In 2007, they bought an existing business together to fit their vision of their future storefront. Three years later, in 2010, Ralph quit his corporate day job to work a full-time position at Crestline Bagel Co. 

After a few tough changes and decisions, Ralph met one day with a friend to talk about EO. It was after a few more meetings that Ralph decided to take the leap to become an EO member. To him, the most valuable part about being an EO member is Forum, and the relationships that he’s made along the way through his journey as an entrepreneur. Ralph believes what sets EO apart from other professional groups is the confidential setting of a community where everyone wants to improve themselves, learn more about entrepreneurship, and grow together.
