EO Mentorship

A key part of being an EO Birmingham member is the mentorship made available to you through our (appropriately-named) EO Mentorship program. This program is run at the chapter level and involves you working with a mentor toward the goals you’ve set for yourself and your business.

The EO Mentorship relationship lasts from 10 to 12 months, and includes face-to-face meetings for 1-3 hours per month in which you and your mentor will work toward your goals.

EO Accelerator Program

The EO Accelerator program is open to first-stage entrepreneurs who want tools to help them overcome challenges faced by any entrepreneur at that point in the process. The program – open to entrepreneurs whose businesses have a gross yearly revenues between $250,000 and $1 million – provides structured educational opportunities along with hands-on mentorship from other successful entrepreneurs.

Only 30 participants are allowed in each city, so it’s important to join today so you can apply and participate in one of the best developmental opportunities a first-stage entrepreneur can access.

Leadership Development

You’re already a leader in your business. We want to help make you a leader in EO itself by giving you a path to leadership at the chapter and national level.

The leaders who serve EO come from our membership (the Global Board of Directors is 100% comprised of members). You have opportunities to contribute to EO and grow professionally by participating in local committees, serving on a board, joining regional councils, being a member of a global advisory task force, and leading committees dedicated to specialized functions.
