Patrick’s EO Membership Experience

Patrick Gray has been a member with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of Birmingham for a year now. When asked what initially drew him to the group, Patrick said it was the opportunity to connect with a group of like-minded people and business owners. 

Getting to hear other Birmingham business owners’ experiences with similar problems has been a huge benefit for Patrick, and has helped him better run his business, Post Enterprises. One of the most important lessons he’s learned from EO is that it’s usually best to cut problematic employees before they become even more problematic.
